Jeff’s litigation-based practice focuses on the defense of claims asserted against health care providers. He has extensive litigation and trial experience in the areas of health care, medical malpractice, medical negligence, professional licensing, credentialing issues, personal injury defense, contract interpretation, and wrongful death.
J.T. Shoaf – Phoenix; Insurance Litigation
J.T.’s practice includes a broad range of insurance defense, civil litigation, and complex commercial litigation matters. He represents clients in litigation matters dealing with construction defects, aviation and airline liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury, medical malpractice, health care, and products liability claims. J.T. has also handles environmental litigation matters.

Mina C. O’Boyle – Phoenix; Real Estate Litigation
Mina practices in the areas of real estate litigation, real estate transactions, commercial litigation, commercial transactions, and intellectual property. She advises and represents title insurance companies and their insureds, escrow agents, lenders, developers, brokers, contractors, and similar clients. Mina handles buyer/seller disputes, disputes involving real estate brokers and agents, easement and access disputes, boundary issues, sale by partitions, and lien priority issues. She also assists businesses with protecting their trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property through preventative measures to avoid disputes and through litigation when disputes arise.
Megan E. Ritenour – Phoenix; Insurance Coverage and LitigationMegan focuses her litigation practice on complex insurance coverage analysis and litigation and insurance defense. She possesses particular experience litigating both first-party and third-party insurance coverage disputes, including those involving breach of contract and bad faith. Megan also litigates in the areas of large loss commercial subrogation, product liability, construction law, commercial litigation, and premises liability.
