E-Billing Specialist (Phoenix)
Gust Rosenfeld is seeking an E-Billing Specialist to join the finance department in our robust Phoenix law firm! The ideal candidate will have at least two years of experience in electronic billing, will be detailed oriented, well organized, and enjoy a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include:
- Process client billing in a variety of formats, including electronic
- Prepare prebills and final bills for attorney review
- Research and answer billing questions from attorneys, legal assistants and clients
- Manage each attorney’s portfolio of unbilled time and costs
- Create reports and billing schedules
- Understand Firm billing policies
- Assist in A/R projects and collection processes as needed
Legal Assistant – Title Insurance/Real Estate (Phoenix)
Actively seeking a legal assistant with title insurance and real estate experience to join our robust Phoenix office! The successful candidate will have at least two years of experience and be able to hit the ground running to complete important tasks that include: calendaring and docketing, pleading and correspondence preparation, scheduling depositions, filing documents in multiple courts, and assisting with trial preparation. As a paralegal with our firm, you will enjoy the challenge of being responsible for case preparation from beginning to end. Accounts Payable Specialist (Phoenix)
Actively seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist with exceptional organizational and analytical skills. Ideal candidates should be able to work out numbers, generate reports and find discrepancies as well as cost-saving opportunities. Key duties and responsibilities include: Managing accounts payable using accounting software and other programs; analyzing workflow processes; establishing and maintaining relationships with new and existing vendors; ensuring bills are paid in a timely and accurate manner while adhering to departmental procedures; processing due invoices for payments; comparing purchase orders, prices, terms of payment and other charges; and processing transactions and performing accounting duties such as account maintenance, recording entries and reconciling books of accounts.
