These Terms of Use apply to the use of this Website (“the Site”) managed by Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C., an Arizona professional limited liability company (“Gust”) practicing law under the name Gust Rosenfeld. If you use the Site, you agree these Terms of Use are binding upon you.

Do not send us information about any matter (especially any confidential information) until Gust has agreed to represent you and you have received a written engagement letter.

You hereby agree any cause of action you may have regarding the Site may only be filed in a federal or state court located in Phoenix, Arizona, within two (2) months of the time in which the events giving rise to such claim began, or you agree to waive such claim.
