John T. (J.T.) Shoaf’s practice includes a broad range of insurance defense, civil litigation, and complex commercial litigation matters. He represents clients in litigation matters dealing with construction defect, aviation and airline liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury, medical malpractice, health care, and products liability claims. J.T. has also handles environmental litigation matters.
J.T. is experienced in managing litigation matters in various state and federal trial courts, including leading jury trials to verdict. He also conducts mediations and arbitrations for a broad range of civil litigation and insurance related disputes involving construction defect, aviation and airline liability, insurance coverage and bad faith, personal injury, medical malpractice, health care, and products liability claims.
J.T. is a graduate of Arizona State University where he completed his undergraduate degree in History and his law degree. While in law school, he received a certificate in Law Science & Technology, with specialties in both Environmental Law and Health Law.
