Arizona Corporation Commission Discontinues Mailing Annual Report Form
If your corporation is registered with the Arizona Corporation Commission, please be aware that the Commission will no longer notify you when your Annual Report is due. This means that it’s now easier than ever to forget to file your required paperwork each year.
As a courtesy to our corporate clients, we would like to help make sure you remember to submit your Annual Report by the due date. You can elect to have our firm mail you a reminder that your due date is approaching. If you choose this option, please double-check that we have your correct mailing address on file and alert us immediately if you move; otherwise, our notice won’t reach you. To request that we send you this reminder, simply contact one of the attorneys listed below.
Whether or not you ask to receive a mailed reminder from our firm, it is still your responsibility to file your Annual Report each year.
You now have the following three filing options:
- File Online. Go to http://starpas.azcc.gov. Enter your file number in the box under “Electronic Filings” for Annual Report and click “Go.” On the next screen, select the box “E-File an Annual Report Online.” Follow all instructions. If you have any problems, contact ARRequest@azcc.gov or call 602-542-3285.
- Print and Mail. You can print an Annual Report form to fill in by hand or print the form after using a fillable form. Go to http://starpas.azcc.gov. Enter your file number in the box under “Electronic Filings” for Annual Report and click “Go.” On the next screen, select the box “Forms for Annual Reports to be Printed and Mailed.” If you have any problems, contact ARRequest@azcc.gov or call 602-542-3285.
- Request the Annual Report Form. You can ask the Arizona Corporation Commission to have the forms mailed or faxed to you. To make this request, contact ARRequest@azcc.gov or call 602-542-3285.
