Gust Rosenfeld is pleased to announce that Az Business magazine has recognized Mark L. Collins, Christina M. Noyes and Barbara U. Rodriguez-Pashkowski among the 2022 Top 100 Lawyers in Arizona.

Mark, Christina and Barbara were selected from a pool of more than 2,000 of the state’s most talented and successful attorneys. Selections are based on each lawyer’s professional success and ratings, impact on his or her law firm, impact on the communities she/he serves, and impact on the legal profession.

Mark has nearly 40 years of experience in complex commercial and real estate litigation, in both state and federal courts. For the past decade, Mark has focused his practice on representing a governmental entity and in so doing negotiating and crafting the documents necessary for a wide variety of commercial projects from a variety of hotels, to headquarters for international firms, to massive upgrades to a regional public facility and various other similar projects.

Christina focuses her practice on franchise, corporate, and intellectual property law. Her practice includes drafting agreements and analysis of franchise and business opportunity laws, preparation and review of franchising agreements, franchise disclosure documents and registrations, as well as handling trademark registrations and renewals. Christina’s practice also includes representing business and nonprofit clients with respect to formation, contracts with vendors and customers, mergers and acquisitions, and certain self-insurance trust agreements.

Barbara, Chair of the firm’s Real Estate and Commercial Sections, concentrates her practice on environmental law, including WQARF, CERCLA, UST matters, due diligence, air quality, water quality, and RCRA. She brings to her clients years of experience including state and federal Superfund and litigation, UST compliance and appeals, air quality and water quality permitting and regulatory compliance, asbestos compliance, RCRA regulatory compliance, environmental rule writing, and legislation. Barbara works with various federal, state, and local governmental entities and private companies on a broad range of environmental issues.
