Gust Rosenfeld Attorney Takes On Leadership Positions with Local Bar Association

Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C. is pleased to announce that an attorney at our firm recently assumed two leadership positions within the Maricopa County Bar Association.

Barbara U. Rodriguez-Pashkowski, an environmental lawyer, now serves on the association’s Environmental & Natural Resources Executive Board and on the Diversity Steering Committee. Both positions complement her professional expertise and commitment to advancing diversity in the legal community.

Her practice focuses on environmental law, including due diligence, air, and water quality, and underground storage tank (UST) matters. Her experience includes air and water quality permitting issues, asbestos, environmental rule writing and legislation, state Superfund and litigation. She interacts with various Arizona governmental entities and private companies on a broad range of environmental issues.

In addition, Ms. Rodriguez-Pashkowski is Chair of Gust Rosenfeld’s Diversity Committee and actively mentors current and aspiring law students through the Arizona State University’s Hispanic National Bar Association (HNBA) pipeline program.
