Frank S. Tomkins Authors Section in Arizona Commercial Real Property Forms Manual
(Phoenix, AZ) February 24, 2020 – Gust Rosenfeld, P.L.C. congratulates Frank S. Tomkins, author of a section in the Arizona Commercial Real Property Forms Manual. Frank authored the section Title and Due Diligence and served as an editor for the manual.
The manual provides a set of forms that are practice-oriented, user friendly, and consistent with the real property forms typically used in Arizona. The forms are designed primarily for commercial transactions; residential forms are readily available from residential brokerage associations or brokerage houses.
Frank’s practice emphasizes commercial and real estate transactions, including sale and purchase, development, leases, title insurance and construction issues, and related commercial litigation. He also handles title insurance claims for title insurance companies and their insureds. He represents real estate developers, retail landlords and tenants, contractors, brokers, banks, mortgage lenders and brokers, title and escrow companies, and individuals.
Frank has lectured and written extensively for the State Bar of Arizona, the Land Title Association of Arizona, and the Arizona Escrow Association on real property, civil remedies, and litigation matters. He is a member of the Maricopa County Bar Association and the State Bar of Arizona and is licensed to practice in Arizona, as well as before the District Court for the District of Arizona. He graduated cum laude from Kalamazoo College with a B.A. He received his J.D degree, with honors, from Duke University School of Law.
