Phoenix, AZ (August 9, 2017) – Gust Rosenfeld attorney Charles (Chas) Wirken has been named a Senior Fellow of the Litigation Counsel of America (LCA). Senior Fellow status in the society is reserved for advanced commitment to and support of the LCA, Diversity Law Institute, and Trial Law Institute.
Chas has argued more than 160 appeals involving a broad range of cases and issues in both state and federal appellate courts, including the U.S. Supreme Court. In addition to his appellate practice, Chas’s practice includes commercial, franchise, and real estate law and litigation, as well as alternative dispute resolution. He has a national reputation for the litigation of cases involving franchises, dealers, distributors, and licensors. Chas is AV® Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell®, representing the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards.
The LCA is a trial lawyer honorary society composed of less than one-half of one percent of American lawyers. Fellowship in the LCA is highly selective and by invitation only. Fellows are selected based upon excellence and accomplishment in litigation, both at the trial and appellate levels, and superior ethical reputation.
Established as a trial and appellate lawyer honorary society that reflects the American bar in the twenty-first century, the LCA’s membership represents the best in law. The number of fellowships has been kept at an exclusive limit by design, allowing qualifications, diversity, and inclusion to align effectively, with recognition of excellence in litigation across all segments of the bar. The LCA is dedicated to promoting superior advocacy, professionalism, and ethical standards among its Fellows.
