Haley Stewart is an associate attorney practicing education law at Gust Rosenfeld. Before joining the firm’s Tucson office, Haley was a judicial law clerk from 2023 to 2025 for the Honorable Stephen M. McNamee of the U.S. District Court for the District of Arizona. Before her clerkship, Haley was an extern with the Federal Defender’s Office in Tucson, Arizona, where she worked during her final semester of law school and following her graduation in 2023.

Haley received her undergraduate degree from New Mexico State University before attending law school at the University of Arizona James E. Rogers College of Law. While in law school, Haley served as  Managing Editor for the Arizona Journal of Environmental Law & Policy and participated in the law school’s Tribal Justice Clinic. Haley was also a member of the Barry M. Davis Trial Team during her second and third years of law school.
