Gerard R. O’Meara practices civil litigation, insurance defense, real estate, corporate and commercial transactions, probate, wills, and trusts. He has been the sole legal representative of several local credit unions in all their commercial matters (collections, foreclosures, personnel and employment law issues). He has also represented Bank of America, EquiCredit, and NationsCredit in Arizona bankruptcy courts.
Gerry is the attorney for the Diocese of Tucson and handles all diocesan corporate, personnel, and real property matters. Prior to joining the firm, Gerry spent two years with the Pima County Attorney’s Office, prosecuting criminal cases and handling civil appeals. Most of his practice has been on the civil side.
