Craig Keller has litigated business, construction, real estate, probate, and trust cases for over 41 years. Craig has argued appeals in the Ninth Circuit Court of Appeals, the Arizona Supreme Court, and the Arizona Court of Appeals. He assists clients in forming corporations, limited liability companies, partnerships, and joint ventures and in asset and business acquisitions, sales, and employment matters. He represents buyers and sellers of commercial and residential real estate and clients with lease agreements.

Craig is also involved in all aspects of estate planning, including wills and trusts, premarital agreements, business succession planning, and trust and probate administration. He handles estates and trusts with modest assets and for high-dollar net-worth clients. He litigates claims involving trustees, personal representatives, and beneficiaries and for the exploitation of vulnerable adults.

He represents clients before federal and state agencies and departments in licensing and compliance matters. His practice also includes mediation and arbitration of various commercial matters, including business and corporate disputes, real estate disputes, and trust and estate matters. He is a former arbitrator of the American Arbitration Association.
