Barry Williams II brings expertise in negotiation and Alternative Dispute Resolution (ADR) to Gust Rosenfeld, where he focuses on education and employment matters. Barry is a Certified Mediator and has mediated disputes in Maricopa County Justice Courts and the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission.

Prior to joining Gust Rosenfeld, Barry worked for a legal aid provider serving individuals across Northern Arizona, Northwest New Mexico, the Navajo Nation, and Southern Utah. Barry spent much of this time litigating complex issues arising out of Probate, landlord-tenant, and Real Estate matters. Barry served as the Director of Central Intake, where he developed statistical models designed to help legal aid organizations identify ways to better utilize resources to reach underserved populations in remote regions of the United States.

Barry graduated from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University in 2019 with the Pro Bono Highest Distinction award for his efforts in serving the public interest. Barry also holds both a Bachelor of Science in Political Science and a Bachelor of Arts in History from Arizona State University, where he graduated summa cum laude.
