Gust Rosenfeld Announces Appointment of Chris McNichol to Executive Committee
Christopher M. McNichol has accepted a position as a member of the Executive Committee of the law firm
(Phoenix, AZ) - Gust Rosenfeld announced that Christopher M. McNichol has accepted a position as a member of the Executive Committee of the law firm. McNichol joined Gust Rosenfeld in 1990 and concentrates his practice on commercial and real estate transactions, including sale and purchase, development, lease, title insurance, lending and construction, and related litigation. He is also experienced in creditors' rights matters, including real estate and loan workouts.

McNichol, who holds a B.A. from Temple University and a J.D. from Villanova University School of Law, is one of the Southwest Super Lawyers® for Real Estate Law. He is AV® Preeminent™ rated by Martindale-Hubbell® which represents the highest rating in legal ability and ethical standards. He was also named by Arizona Business Magazine in Ranking Arizona Best of the Best Award Winner. Active in the Phoenix-area community, he currently chairs the Arizona State Conservation Acquisition Board and is a steward of the McDowell Sonoran Conservancy. Chris is also a member of the Valley of the Sun United Way Tocqueville Society, along with his spouse, Mary Alexander, Executive Vice President/General Counsel for DMB Associates.
