Gust Rosenfeld New Associate Shelby M. Exposito Wins Women's Division 2013 Race Judicata

New Associate Shelby M. Exposito represented Gust Rosenfeld on October 6, 2013, winning the women's race at the 9th annual Race Judicata, sponsored by the Maricopa County Bar Association. The 5K race benefits the Maricopa County Young Lawyers Division and survivors of domestic violence. Exposito also served on the Race Judicata committee to plan the event, which includes both men's and women's races.
Exposito ran cross country and track and field for four years in undergraduate school at Bradley University where she graduated summa cum laude with a degree in economics.
Prior to joining Gust Rosenfeld, Shelby Exposito clerked for the Honorable Frederick J. Martone at the United States District Court for the District of Arizona. She is a magna cum laude graduate of Notre Dame Law School (2011) where she was a Senior Editor of the Notre Dame Law Review and Career Chairman of the Student Bar Association. Currently she serves on the Development Board of the Notre Dame Club of Phoenix. Shelby Exposito's areas of practice include employment law and education law.
