Gust Rosenfeld Attorney Nicholle Harris Chosen for Inaugural Class of "Ladder Down"
New program aims to change the game for Arizona women lawyers

Nicholle Harris was selected for "Ladder Down," a prestigious new program designed for women lawyers in all stages of their careers. "Ladder Down" provides women attorneys with practical and effective training to help them hone their leadership and business development skills. The year-long program is the first curriculum planned at the local level. Monthly sessions focus on three key areas: leadership, business development and rainmaking. The program is supported by Arizona Association of Defense Counsel Board of Directors (AADC). Gust Rosenfeld is also a corporate sponsor of the program.

"I was invited to apply to the Ladder Down program and am very pleased to have been selected as one of the 24 women to participate in the inaugural class," said Harris. "Gust Rosenfeld supported my involvement in the program by covering the program fee and the firm also signed on as one of the sponsors of the program. I applied because this program provides a unique year-long opportunity to develop and sharpen my leadership, mentoring and business development skills while working alongside a dynamic group of women. I am honored to be a part of a program that I believe will be instrumental in the future success of women lawyers in Arizona." She emphasized that the program is more than networking. "It provides women with practical tools and techniques to become effective leaders."
