Phoenix, AZ (January 5, 2018) – Gust Rosenfeld is pleased to announce that Tim Stratton has been appointed as a member of the Supreme Court of Arizona Committee on Examinations.
The Committee on Examinations administers the bar exam which is required to become certified to practice law in Arizona. The committee is supported by the Attorney Admissions Unit. Tim will serve on the committee for four years starting immediately.
Tim focuses his practice on public finance and Section 103 tax law. He represents colleges and universities, special districts, cities, towns, and other units of local government in Arizona and Illinois in all matters related to the issuance of municipal securities. He also maintains an active practice as underwriter, disclosure, and bank counsel on publicly and privately offered debt issues. Tim has been bond and underwriters counsel in hundreds of bond transactions aggregating billions of dollars and is a frequent speaker locally and nationally on public finance.
