Gust Rosenfeld Adds Attorney to Insurance Practice

Phoenix, AZ) November 20, 2018 – Gust Rosenfeld, P.L.C. is pleased to announce that Megan E. Ritenour has joined the firm’s Insurance practice group.
Megan focuses her litigation practice on complex insurance coverage analysis and litigation and insurance defense. She possesses particular experience litigating insurance coverage disputes, including those involving breach of contract and bad faith actions. With over 15 years of experience, Megan also litigates in the areas of large loss commercial subrogation, product liability, construction law, commercial litigation, and premises liability.
Megan advises insurance carriers in complex issues involving first-party commercial property coverage disputes, agent/broker activities, bad faith, builder’s risk, equipment breakdown, extended coverages, reinsurance disputes, and professional negligence. Her trial and appellate experience covers all aspects of litigation in jurisdictions throughout the country. Megan also has international arbitration experience.
Megan is a member of the American Bar Association, the Chicago Bar Association, and the Arizona Women Lawyers Association. She actively participates in events and conferences by the Property & Liability Resource Bureau, the Western Loss Association, the Defense Research Institute, and the National Association of Subrogation Professionals.
Megan received her J.D. from DePaul University College of Law and her B.A. from the University of Illinois. She is licensed to practice in Arizona and Illinois. Before joining Gust Rosenfeld, Megan practiced law in Illinois for over 15 years.
