Barry Markson Inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals
Gust Rosenfeld is pleased to announce that Barry M. Markson has been inducted into the National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals (NADN).
Barry chairs the firm’s Mediation and Arbitration group and has been a Judge Pro Tem for the Maricopa County Superior Court since 2005. He serves as a mediator and arbitrator in various civil and commercial litigation and insurance related matters including insurance coverage and bad faith claims, catastrophic injury, product liability, medical malpractice and premises liability.
Barry practices in the areas of civil and commercial litigation, professional liability, premises liability, defamation, construction defect, environmental/toxic tort, products liability, governmental liability, civil rights, personal injury, bad faith and insurance coverage. In his 27 plus year career, Barry has tried numerous cases to verdict including premises liability, medical malpractice, products liability, and automobile negligence.
The National Academy of Distinguished Neutrals is a professional association whose membership consists of ADR professionals distinguished by their hands-on experience in the field of civil and commercial conflict resolution. Membership is by invitation only and all Academy members have been thoroughly reviewed and found to meet stringent practice criteria. Members are amongst the most in-demand neutrals in their respective states, as selected by their peers and approved by local litigators.
