Craig A. McCarthy
Craig A. McCarthy practices in the areas of civil litigation and insurance. He represents governmental and nonprofit entities, insurance carriers, and self-insured businesses. His practice includes all phases of litigation, from discovery through trial and appeals. Craig has practiced extensively in the areas of public official liability, catastrophic injury, construction defect, product liability, commercial litigation, regulatory law, and insurance coverage.
Craig serves as a mediator and arbitrator in various civil litigation and insurance related matters including contract disputes, insurance coverage and bad faith claims, catastrophic injury, transportation litigation, product liability and cases against public entities and non-profit organizations.
