Gust Rosenfeld Adds Experienced Environmental Attorney

Phoenix, Arizona – Barbara Rodriguez-Pashkowski has joined Gust Rosenfeld PLC as a Member (Partner) in our environmental practice group. Her practice focuses on environmental law and compliance, including due diligence, air quality permitting, asbestos, underground storage tanks, state Superfund, litigation, legislation, and environmental rule writing.

Prior to joining Gust Rosenfeld, Rodriguez-Pashkowski was Chief Counsel of the Arizona Attorney General’s Environmental Enforcement Section for Air, Game and Fish, Underground Storage Tanks, and Agriculture. She represented the Arizona Department of Environmental Quality (ADEQ) in administrative hearings, litigation and litigation coordination, rule writing, legislation, the negotiation of complex environmental settlements, report preparation, and training for its state Superfund, UST/SAF (Underground Storage Tank/State Assurance Fund) and air quality programs.
