Diversity Statement
Gust Rosenfeld is committed to diversity at both the professional and staff levels. We endorse, support and actively pursue a policy of inclusiveness. We recognize values that reflect the diversity of our community. We believe that a diverse workforce enables us to more effectively serve our clients, and our values and policies support this vision.

Firm-Wide Diversity Activities
Gust Rosenfeld supports a broad range of diversity activities throughout our community. We believe that supporting diversity and other inclusion initiatives benefits our community, our firm and our clients. These activities include:
Serve as a member of the Leadership Council on Legal Diversity. Support the Arizona State Bar Leadership Institute Pipeline Program. Fund annual diversity law scholarships at the University of Arizona and Arizona State University. Support fundraising events for organizations supporting diverse and underserved populations. Sponsor of the Arizona Minority Bar Conference. Host an annual Student Reception for the scholarship recipients and mentees. Provide annual in-house diversity training for all staff and attorneys. Sponsor of the Arizona Asian American Bar Association Banquet. Participate in the Vault/MCCA Law Firm Diversity Program. Sponsor the Hispanic Leadership Forum. Participate in the Diversity Leadership Alliance. Sponsor of Los Abogados event. Sponsor Arizona Women's Education and Employment (AWEE) events.
Attorney Involvement in Diversity Activities
