These Terms of Use apply to use of this Web site ("the Site") managed by Gust Rosenfeld P.L.C., an Arizona professional limited liability company ("Gust") practicing law under the name Gust Rosenfeld. If you use the Site, you agree these Terms of Use are binding upon you.

Do not send us information about any matter (especially any confidential information) until Gust has agreed to represent you and you have received a written engagement letter.
