Marketing Director Gust Rosenfeld PLC is seeking a Marketing Director to work with individual attorneys and practice groups to implement and track all marketing and business development activities. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, attending practice group meetings and advising on marketing initiatives, development of databases for attorney, client and departmental needs, managing proposal opportunities, identification of cross-selling opportunities, manage all internal and external firm marketing communications, and establishment and cultivation of media relations. Successful candidate must have a minimum of five years of experience in strategic marketing including planning, market research, and preparation of collateral for client meetings and business development planning. Law firm experience or previous professional services a must. Great position for an individual who serves as a player/coach with the ability to roll up their sleeves to get the job done. Flexibility to work as required is a must. Great benefit package and work environment.
